Recommendations for use Take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach before bedtime. Ingredients Rice flour and hypromellose (cellulose capsule). The following ingredients are not used in production: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, and tree nuts. Produced according to GMP standards in a facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Warnings For adults only. The product is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult a doctor if you are taking medications (especially antidepressants) or suffer from any medical condition.
