Recommendations for use As a calcium supplement, adults should take one (1) tablet 2 times a day with meals or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual characteristics. Ingredients Croscarmellose sodium, gum acacia. Contains <2% of: Artificial colors (fd&c blue #2 carmine, red dye 40 FD&C, yellow dye 6 FD&C), magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, mono/diglycerides, polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl alcohol copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, stearic acid, titanium dioxide. Does not contain added yeast or artificial flavors. Warnings Before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or taking medications, if you have diseases, or when planning medical procedures, you must consult a doctor.
