Adults should take 1 capsule once a day one hour after a meal, or according to the doctor's recommendation. Swallow the capsule without chewing, drink with a glass of water. 1 capsule contains: Vitamin B5 - 100 mg. Pine bark extract - 50 mg. Alpha-lipoic acid - 50 mg. Vitamin C - 50 mg. Vitamin E - 50 mg. Vitamin PP - 30 mg. Zinc - 25 mg. Iron - 15 mg. Biotin - 10 mg. Acetylcysteine - 10 mg. Vitamin B10 - 10 mg. Selenium - 75 mcg. Auxiliary substances: fillers: refined soybean oil, calcium phosphate, hydrogenated vegetable oil, calcium pantothenate; pine bark extract (Pinus maritima) (procyanidins 90%); alpha-lipoic acid calcium ascorbate tocopherol acetate; nicotinamide; zinc oxide; emulsifiers: white beeswax, lecithin; iron fumarate, biotin, acetyl cysteine, PABA, selenium dioxide; capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin, sorbitol, fumaric acid, dyes: E172, E172.
