Recommendations for use
For adults: take one softgel daily with a meal.
Ingredients
Safflower oil, softgel shell (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), sunflower oil, antioxidant blend (d-alpha-tocopherol, rosemary extract).
Warnings
Do not take if planning pregnancy or during pregnancy.
Vitamin K can interfere with the action of anticoagulants, including warfarin. Do not take this product if you are taking warfarin, pregnant, or nursing, without prior consultation with a physician.
It is known that taking vitamin A from retinol in amounts of 10,000 IU or more can cause birth defects or other harm to the reproductive system.
