Activated Calcium instructions for use
For children aged 2-8 years, take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.
For children 9 years and older, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
For adults, during the first 10 days, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then regularly take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, or 1 tablespoon a day at any convenient time of the day.
For women over 40, the first bottle should be taken 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day.
For men over 50, the first bottle should be taken 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
For newborns, minerals with mother's milk are sufficient (provided the mother eats a balanced diet).
For newborns on artificial feeding, the daily dose is 1-1.5 teaspoons per day.
