Aktivniy kaltsiy A.A.G s Vitamin D3 instructions for use
Orally 30 minutes before meals. For children 2-8 years old, take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day; for children 9 years and older, 1 tablespoon 3 times a day; for adults, during the first 10 days, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, and then regularly consume 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, or 1 tablespoon a day at any convenient time of the day; for women over 40, the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day; for men over 50, the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, apply 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. For newborns, minerals from mother's milk are sufficient (provided the mother eats fully). For newborns on artificial feeding, the daily dose is 1-1.5 teaspoons per day.
