Aktivnyy kaltsiy c Tsinkom instructions for use
Children 2-8 years old take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.
Children 9 years and older 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
Adults for the first 10 days take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, and then regularly consume 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, or 1 tablespoon a day at any convenient time of the day; women over 40 years old the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day.
Men over 50 years old the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding apply 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
Newborns have enough minerals with mother's milk (provided the mother eats fully). For artificially fed newborns, the daily dose is 1-1.5 teaspoons per day.
