Orally 30 minutes before meals.
children 2-8 years old take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day;
children 9 years and older 1 tablespoon 3 times a day;
adults for the first 10 days take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, and then regularly consume 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, or 1 tablespoon a day at any convenient time of the day;
women over 40 years old the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day;
men over 50 years old the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day;
during pregnancy and breastfeeding apply 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. Newborns have enough minerals with mother's milk (provided the mother eats fully).
