Aktivniy kaltsiy instructions for use
Orally 30 minutes before meals.
for children 2-8 years old, take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day;
for children 9 years and older, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day;
for adults, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day for the first 10 days, then regularly take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, or 1 tablespoon a day at any convenient time of the day;
for women over 40, take the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day;
for men over 50, take the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. For newborns, minerals from breast milk are sufficient (provided the mother eats a balanced diet). For newborns on artificial feeding, the daily dose is 1-1.5 teaspoons per day.
100 ml of suspension contains:
calcium carbonate - 500 mg;
calcium citrate - 2500 mg;
calcium bicarbonate - 330 mg;
magnesium bicarbonate - 35 mg;
magnesium citrate - 35 mg;
coconut flavoring - 0.1 ml;
powdered sweetener - 0.02 g;
purified water up to 100 ml.
Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature from +15 °C to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
