Aktivniy kaltsiy s magniyem-5 instructions for use
Inside, 30 minutes before meals:
children 2 - 8 years old take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day;
children from 9 years and older 1 tablespoon 3 times a day;
adults during the first 10 days take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, and then regularly consume 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, or 1 tablespoon a day at any convenient time of the day;
women after 40 years the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then the subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day;
men older than 50 years the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day, then the subsequent ones 1 tablespoon a day;
1 capsule contains:
Active substances:
Calcium carbonate - 500 mg.
Calcium citrate - 2500 mg.
Calcium bicarbonate - 330 mg.
Magnesium bicarbonate - 35 mg.
Magnesium citrate - not less than 35 mg.
Excipients: purified water.
