Method of administration: Take orally 20-30 minutes before meals, after shaking the bottle well. Children (9 years and older): 1 tablespoon (10 ml) 3 times a day. Adults: 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. For women over 40: it is recommended to take the first bottle 1 tablespoon 3 times a day for prevention, and subsequent ones 1 tablespoon once a day (or as prescribed by a doctor)
