Method of administration
Intake is generally recommended 20–30 minutes before meals. Dosage usually varies depending on age:
Children 2–8 years old: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times a day.
Children from 9 years old and adults: 1 tablespoon (10 ml) 3 times a day
