How to takeDosage: Selected individually by a doctor and depends on age, level of deficiency and concomitant diseases. For prevention, adults are usually prescribed 1–2 drops (500–1000 IU) per day, in the treatment of deficiency — up to 6–10 drops (3000–5000 IU) per day.Method of administration: Drops are dissolved in a spoonful of water or other liquid and taken orally.
