Shark Cartilage LIK instructions for use
Take 2-3 capsules 2 times a day, 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals.
1 capsule contains:
shark cartilage oil - 500 mg,
excipients: sunflower oil, bovine gelatin, glycerin, citric acid.
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from 0 °C to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
