Daily dose - 3 tablets of different colors. By taking tablets with a time interval: for example, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, you will make vitamin prophylaxis more effective. Twice a day: for example, one tablet in the morning and two in the evening - when you come home from work and before bedtime. Three times during the day: such a regimen will allow you to get the maximum benefit from taking ALPHABET - it will be 30-50% more than from taking a traditional vitamin-mineral complex. Interval between doses is 4-6 hours, during this time the vitamins and minerals included in one tablet are fully absorbed and will not interact with the components of the next one. Tablet № 1 (white): Vitamin B6 - 5 mg. Folic acid - 200 mcg. Magnesium - 60 mg. Tablet № 2 (blue): Vitamin C - 70 mg. Vitamin B1 - 4.5 mg. Vitamin B2 - 5.4 mg. Tablet № 3 (green): Vitamin PP - 54 mg. Pantothenic acid - 13.5 mg. Vitamin B12 - 8.1 mcg. Magnesium - 60 mg. Sesquiterpene acids (calculated as valeric acid) - 0.3 mg. Store in the original packaging at a temperature up to +25 °C in a dry, light-protected place out of reach of children.
