How to take correctly
Dosage: A standard single serving usually consists of 5 to 10 grams of powder (depending on the recommendations of a specific brand and your body weight).
Preparation: Mix one serving of powder with 200–300 ml of cold or cool water. Shake thoroughly in a shaker until completely dissolved.
Time of intake:
On training days: 15–30 minutes before the start of the session, directly during training (between sets) or immediately after it.
