Instructions for use: Serving size: a standard single serving is 5 tablets (contains 5000 mg of pure BCAA). On training days: take 1 serving 30-45 minutes before the start of training (for endurance and protection) and 1 serving immediately after the end of the session (to trigger recovery processes). On rest days: take 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach immediately after waking up to suppress nocturnal catabolism. If the diet is low in protein, an additional intake of 1 serving between main meals is possible. Method of administration: tablets must be washed down with plenty of water or juice.
