Aminokisloty Kompleks Perfect BCAA 2:1:1 instructions for use
Instructions for use: Portion size: a standard single portion consists of 5 tablets (contains 5000 mg of pure BCAA). Training days: take 1 portion 30–45 minutes before the start of training (for endurance and protection) and 1 portion immediately after the end of the session (to start recovery processes). Rest days: take 1 portion in the morning on an empty stomach immediately after waking up to suppress night catabolism. If the diet is poor in protein, an additional intake of 1 portion between main meals is possible. Method of administration: tablets must be taken with plenty of water or juice.
