Method of administration and dosage Take orally, usually with meals, with water. Frequency: 1–2 times a day, depending on the concentration of components. Component doses depend on the drug formula. The course can be 4–8 weeks or more, depending on the condition and doctor's recommendations. Side effects From the gastrointestinal tract: nausea, discomfort, diarrhea (high doses of magnesium or B vitamins). Allergic reactions: rash, itching, redness. With melissa / passiflora extracts: drowsiness, dizziness, decreased concentration, weakness are possible. Contraindications Hypersensitivity / allergy to any of the components (vitamins, magnesium, melissa, passiflora). Severe renal or hepatic impairment (with accumulation of vitamins / minerals). Pregnancy / breastfeeding — consult a doctor before use (especially plant extracts). Children (especially young children) — caution is required. Special instructions Do not exceed the recommended dose. Taking with food helps reduce GI irritation. Do not combine with alcoholic beverages. Avoid use before driving or operating machinery (sedative effect possible). Before starting the course — doctor's consultation, especially with chronic diseases, use of other medications.
