Method of administration and dosage Orally, preferably after meals. Adults and children over 12 years old: 1-2 tablets (200-400 mg) up to 3-4 times a day. The maximum daily dose for adults is 1200 mg (6 tablets). The interval between doses is at least 4 hours. To achieve a rapid effect when taken on an empty stomach, it is recommended to drink with plenty of water. Maximum duration of use without consulting a doctor: as an antipyretic agent – no more than 3 days; as an analgesic agent – no more than 5 days. Side effects Possible side effects: gastrointestinal (nausea, vomiting, heartburn, diarrhea, abdominal pain, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the GI tract), allergic reactions (skin rash, itching, urticaria, bronchospasm, angioedema), headache, dizziness, sleep disorders, renal failure, increased blood pressure. If any side effects occur, stop taking and consult a doctor. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or other components of the drug, acetylsalicylic acid, and other NSAIDs. Erosive and ulcerative diseases of the GI tract in the acute phase (including gastric and duodenal ulcer, nonspecific ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease). "Aspirin" asthma, urticaria, rhinitis, provoked by the intake of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. Severe renal failure, severe hepatic failure, severe heart failure. Pregnancy (III trimester), lactation period. Children under 12 years old (for this dosage form and dosage). Special instructions Consult a doctor before using the drug. Use with caution in patients with a history of ulcerative lesions of the GI tract, liver, kidney, heart diseases, hypertension, bronchial asthma, during pregnancy (I-II trimesters), in old age. Do not exceed recommended doses. With long-term use, it is necessary to monitor peripheral blood counts and the functional state of the liver and kidneys.
