Recommended daily dose
For children aged 4 to 10 years, after a meal, 1 time per day, 1 measuring spoon (5 ml).
For children over 11 years and adults, 2 measuring spoons (10 ml) per day.
Shake well before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
