Dosage instructions: Drops are taken orally, often diluted with a small amount of water. The exact prophylactic dose depends on age: Infants (up to 1 year): 5-8 drops (about 25–40 mg) per day. Children (from 2 to 11 years old): 10 drops (about 50 mg) per day. Adolescents (from 12 to 17 years old): 15–20 drops per day. Adults: 20–40 drops per day (when treating hypovitaminosis, the dose may be increased by a doctor).
