Instructions for use: Dosage: adults take 1 sachet once a day. Time of intake: it is recommended to take during or immediately after a meal (preferably in the first half of the day, as vitamin C can have a mild invigorating effect). Method: pour the contents of the stick into your mouth or dissolve the powder in a glass of water at room temperature.
