Recommendations for use
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with food. It is recommended to take as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Berberine phospholipid matrix: Indian barberry extract (Indian barberry (Berberis aristata)) (root), pea protein isolate, sunflower lecithin (phospholipids), grape seed extract)

Delayed-release vegetable capsules (hypromellose, gellan gum), hydroxypropylcellulose, rice flour, silicon dioxide.
