How to brew and drink
Proportions: Pour 1–2 tablespoons (or 1–2 filter-bags) of raw material with a glass (200–250 ml) of boiling water.
Infusion: Infuse for 15–20 minutes in a warm place or in a water bath.
Intake: Adults are recommended to drink 1/3 or 1/2 glass in a warm form 15–30 minutes before meals 2–3 times a day.
Course: Usually lasts 2–3 weeks, followed by a break
