It is recommended to take during or after meals: children under 4 years old - 1-2 sachets per day; children from 4 to 12 years old - 2 sachets per day; children from 12 years old and adults - 2-3 sachets per day. Before consumption, the powder should be mixed with 20-50 ml of cooled liquid, such as boiled water, milk, baby food (at a temperature >40 °C, bacteria may die). Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly and take in one dose. Duration of intake - 15-30 days. 1 sachet (0.8 g) contains: Complex of probiotic cultures: bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium longum strain №17x), lactobacteria (Lactobacterium acidophilus strain №180, Lactobacterium bulgaricum strain №176), lactic acid streptococci (Streptococcus thermophilus strain №108, Streptococcus diacetilactis strain №13c 65-64) and propionibacteria (Propionibacterium avidum strain №1) - 10 x 109 CFU/g. Excipients: fructooligosaccharides (FOS) maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, corn (or potato) starch. Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
