It is recommended to take during or after meals: for children under 12 years old 1-2 capsules per day; from 12 years old and adults - 2-3 capsules per day. Duration of intake 20-30 days. To consolidate the effect, it is recommended to take 2 courses. The amount and duration of intake can also be determined by a specialist individually. Before consumption for children, open the capsule and mix the powder with 20-50 ml of cooled liquid, such as boiled water, milk, baby food (at a temperature >40 °C bacteria may die). Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly and take (give to the child) in one dose. Do not leave the prepared mixture with the drug for subsequent use. 1 capsule contains: Bifidobacterium bifidum 175.
