Method of administration (for capsules/sachets) Adults and adolescents (from 11-12 years old): usually prescribed 1-2 capsules (or 2-3 sachets) per day during or 1 hour after meals. Children: the dosage is selected individually depending on the exact line of the preparation (for example, Bifolak-Neo is allowed from the first days of life). Capsules can be carefully opened and the contents dissolved in cool water or milk. Important rule: the preparation cannot be diluted in liquids with a temperature above 40 °C, as live beneficial bacteria die. Course of intake: on average lasts from 10 to 14-20 days.
