Biolakton Prebiotik instructions for use
Method of administration and dosage
Adults and children over 3 years old should take 1 capsule per day with meals. The capsule should be swallowed whole, washed down with a small amount of water. For children who cannot swallow the capsule whole, it can be opened and the contents mixed with a small amount of water or yogurt. The duration of intake is 10-30 days. If necessary, intake can be repeated after consultation with a doctor.
Side effects
In rare cases, side effects such as bloating or abdominal discomfort are possible. Usually, these symptoms pass on their own and do not require discontinuation of the drug. If severe side effects occur, you should consult a doctor.
