Before use, dissolve in cooled boiled water (temperature not more than 45 °C) at the rate of 40-50 ml per 1 sachet. Take 30 minutes before meals. Dosage for children over 7 years old and adults: 1.0 g in a sachet or 400 mg capsules. Older children and adults should take 2 capsules (or 2 sachets) 2-3 times a day. Duration of intake is from 1 to 3 weeks. 1 capsule contains (at least 109 CFU in a 400 mg capsule): Active substances: Bifidobacterium longum strain №17X. Propionibacterium avidum 1. Lactobacillus acidophilus strain №180. Lactobacillus bulgaricum strain №176. Streptococcus diacetilactis strain 64. Streptococcus Thermophilus strain №108. Zinc (zinc sulfate) - 16 mg. Excipients: maltodextrin. Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from +2 °C to +20 °C.
