Method of administration and dosage The contents of the sachet (sachet) must be dissolved in 40–50 ml of warm or cooled boiled water before consumption (the water temperature should not exceed 45 °C so as not to destroy live bacteria). The product is taken 30 minutes before meals (or during meals, according to some recommendations). Children under 7 years old: usually a children's form (0.8 g sachets) is prescribed, 1 packet 1 to 3 times a day depending on the exact age. Adults and children over 7 years old: 1-2 sachets 2–3 times a day. Course of intake: on average lasts from 1 to 3 weeks
