Method of administration and dosageThe contents of the sachet (sachet) must be dissolved in 40–50 ml of warm or cooled boiled water before consumption (the water temperature should not exceed 45 °C so as not to kill the live bacteria). The product is taken 30 minutes before meals (or during meals, according to some recommendations).Children under 7 years: usually a children's form (0.8 g sachets) is prescribed, 1 packet 1 to 3 times a day depending on the exact age.Adults and children over 7 years: 1-2 sachets 2–3 times a day.Course of intake: on average lasts from 1 to 3 weeks
