Recommendations for use As a vitamin supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Individual results may vary. Ingredients Cellulose, acacia gum, stearic acid. Contains < 2% of the following ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. No added sugar, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors, and colors.
