Recommendations for use As a vitamin supplement for adults, take one (1) capsule daily with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Ingredients Cellulose, gelatin, stearic acid. Contains <2%: magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate. Does not contain added sugar, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
