Recommendations for use Adults take 1 tablet daily. Dissolve in the mouth or chew before swallowing. Water is not required. Ingredients Xylitol, cellulose gum, dextrin, crospovidone, contains 2% or less (beet root extract [color], citric acid, magnesium stearate, malic acid, maltodextrin, modified food starch, natural flavors, silicon dioxide, stearic acid). Contains wheat. Does not contain milk, eggs, fish, shellfish and crustaceans, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame. Warnings Do not use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Before starting use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, under 18 years of age, while taking medications, or if you have any medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use. During use, before any laboratory tests, inform your doctor that you are taking biotin. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
