Recommendations for use
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
Ingredients
Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), and silicon dioxide.
Wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, and tree nuts are not used in the preparation of this product. Produced in a facility registered with GMP where other ingredients containing these allergens are processed.

For adults only. Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy, nursing, while taking medications, or if you have any medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains biotin, which may affect the results of some blood tests.
Product may naturally change color.
