Recommendations for use: Take 1 capsule daily with meals. Ingredients: Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), and silicon dioxide. No wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, or tree nuts are used in the manufacture of this product. Manufactured in a GMP-registered facility where other ingredients containing these allergens are processed. Warnings: For adults only. Consult a physician before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains biotin, which may affect the results of some blood tests. Product may naturally change color. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
