Recommendations for use Take 1 capsule daily with food. Ingredients Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (plant source), and silicon dioxide. Wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, and tree nuts are not used in the preparation of this product.
