Methods of administration and dosage: take during or immediately after a meal. For adults and children, 1-2 capsules once a day. Storage conditions: Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding +25°C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components of the dietary supplement.
