How to take Solgar BCAA Plus
Take two capsules 1-2 times a day between meals. Swallow the capsules with clean water. Do not take more than four capsules a day, use only as an addition to an adequate diet. It is not recommended to take the supplement for adolescents under 16, allergy sufferers, pregnant and lactating women, as well as in the presence of individual contraindications.
