Indications: Mild anxiety-depressive states, emotional instability, chronic stress, seasonal affective disorders, sleep disorders against the background of depression. Contraindications: Individual intolerance to components, severe depression, taking SSRI antidepressants (interaction is possible), pregnancy, lactation, children under 18 years old. Method of administration: 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals. Course — 30–60 days. The effect increases gradually, do not evaluate the result earlier than in 2–4 weeks. Storage conditions: Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep away from children.
