Place 1 filter bag in a glass or enameled container, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, periodically pressing the bag with a spoon, then squeeze it out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 100 ml with boiled water. Take orally 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 20-30 days. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
