Place 1 filter bag in a glass or enameled container, pour 100 ml (1/2 glass) of boiling water, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes, periodically pressing the bag with a spoon, then squeeze it out. Bring the volume of the resulting infusion to 100 ml with boiled water. Take orally 1/2 glass 2-3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. Treatment course 20-30 days. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
