Instructions and method of administration: Dosage for adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Rules of administration: The capsule must be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Important condition: Take the vitamin strictly during or immediately after a meal (preferably containing healthy fats: avocado, eggs, butter or olive oil, fish), as D3 is fat-soluble and is almost not absorbed without fatty food.
