Adults: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day with meals or as directed by a physician. Drink with a full glass of water.
1 capsule contains:
Vitamin D3 - 800 IU;
calcium - 600 mg;
excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable magnesium stearate, and aqueous film coating.
