Recommendations for use
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule twice daily (1 in the morning and 1 during the day) with any meal or as recommended by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual body characteristics.
Ingredients
Oat fiber, gelatin, cellulose, magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate, silicon dioxide.
Contains less than 2% of the following ingredients: acacia gum.
No added sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors.
