The exact number of capsules should be determined based on blood tests and consultation with a doctor. As a rule, take from one (1) to three (3) capsules only in the morning. It is recommended to perform blood tests for DHEA serum 3–6 weeks after starting DHEA replacement therapy to optimize individual dosage.
