Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) capsule twice a day (1 in the morning and 1 during the day) with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results depend on individual characteristics of the body. Ingredients Oat fiber, gelatin, cellulose, magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate, silicon dioxide. Contains less than 2% of the following ingredients: acacia gum. No added sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors. Warnings Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.
