Recommendations for use As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with 240–240 ml (8–12 oz) of water or as directed by a physician. Warnings Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. Should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a physician or licensed qualified healthcare professional before using this product if you have or have a family history of prostate cancer, prostate enlargement, heart disease, low "good" cholesterol (HDL), or if you are taking any other dietary supplements, prescription or over-the-counter drugs. Should not exceed the recommended dosage. Exceeding the recommended dose may cause serious negative health consequences. Possible side effects include acne, hair loss, facial hair growth (in women), aggression, irritability, and increased estrogen levels.
