Recommendations for use Carefully study all information on the label and strictly follow the recommendations. The exact number of capsules should be determined based on blood tests and medical advice. As a rule, take one (1) to three (3) capsules only in the morning. Serum DHEA blood tests are recommended 3–6 weeks after starting DHEA replacement therapy to optimize individual dosage. Warnings Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.
